Return/Refund Policy

Note:During SALE, returns, refunds, or replacements are not accepted unless the item is received damaged or the wrong item is delivered.
Returns:

Our return policy lasts for 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Unfortunately, customized items are not eligible for return as they are made specifically for you. However, if there is a mistake on our part, such as in spellings or size, please contact us.

In the case of transit damages, the issue must be reported within 12 hours. Please email or WhatsApp us with attachments of product videos and pictures.

Customers are responsible for shipping charges for returns, and shipping/handling fees from the original purchase amount are non-refundable.

Exchange (if applicable):

If you receive the wrong or a faulty product, you have the right to return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of purchase and get a replacement product with just additional shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. You will receive your replacement item within 4 to 5 working days.

Refund (Non-Customized Items):

If you receive an item and do not like it, we accept returns and refunds. Refunds are only applicable if the item is in its original condition. A 20% service charge will be deducted from the refund payment.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again. If you have done so and still have not received your refund, please contact us at cs@printspk.com.

Sale Items (if applicable):

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at info@almahala.com and return the item to us.

Note: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
